Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Shipping & Delivery on all orders within Australia.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday and are then packed and shipped from our overseas warehouse within 2-4 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched from our overseas warehouse and you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, our estimated shipping times for standard delivery are 7-12 business days. Please allow extra time for WA and rural deliveries.
To ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, your order may be sent in more than one package.
Please note that these shipping times are our standard estimated shipping times and shipping delays that are outside of our control may still occur.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use our Track your Order page with your tracking number to track your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time you've received your shipping confirmation email for your order information to update.
All order are processed and shipped within our normal processing times, however we are unable to guarantee shipping times. All shipping times are estimates. Shipping delays are outside of our control and as such we are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to the shipping process. All orders will be shipped to the address as entered by you when the order is placed.
We will confirm your order with an order confirmation email shortly after we’ve received your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our overseas warehouse. If you have not received your confirmation emails, please let us know.
Please note once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in transit to you, we are unable to change, cancel or refund it. Once your order has been delivered to you, should you wish to return it you are able to do so in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
