Returns and Refunds

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you change your mind, you are able to return it for a refund.

We will process your Change of Mind return provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused and in original sale condition, including all tags and accessories.
  • You email us within 7 days of delivery to advise us you wish to return your purchase. Please include your order name, order number and reason for return.
  • You have received a Return Authorisation Number from LeQueen Bags. 

Change of Mind return shipping costs will be at your expense. We have 2 shipping options available for returns:

  • We can arrange the return courier label for a cost of $14.95. You will need to ensure the parcel is in suitable packaging, print off the label we have sent, and drop it into your nearest Australia Post. The $14.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are able to arrange the return postage yourself. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item. We are not responsible for your item if it is lost and a tracking service was not used.

All returns must be received within 15 days of receiving your Return Authorisation Number.

To start a returns process, please email at hi@lequeenbags.com.au and your preferred return shipping method. We will send you a Return Authorisation Number and provide you with your return shipping instructions.

Once your return has been received, we will check to ensure all requirements are satisfied by us and process your refund back to your original method of payment. This will take 2-5 business days and we will notify you once it has been processed.

LeQueen Bags reserves the right not to offer a refund for a return if these requirements are not satisfied.

Faulty Goods

First of all, we are very sorry to hear you have received a faulty bag. All our bags are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched, so if in the unfortunate event you do receive a faulty bag, we would like to get it resolved for you as quickly as possible. 

Depending on the fault we may provide one of the following:

  • A repair
  • A discount
  • A replacement, or 
  • A refund

Please email us at hi@lequeenbags.com.au within 7 days of delivery to advise our customer service team that you have received a faulty item. Please include:

  • Your order name
  • Your order number
  • Clear pictures of the fault / defect on the item

Once we have received your email we will be in touch as soon as possible to provide you with a solution.

Warranty

LeQueen Bags offers a 90 Day Warranty from the date of delivery on all products against manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, failure to use the item as intended, accident or failure to follow care instructions. 

LeQueen Bags will, at its discretion replace the item in satisfaction of this warranty.  This warranty is only available to items purchased through LeQueen Bags Australia’s website and to the original purchaser of the product.

Please include:

  • Your order name
  • Your order number
  • Clear pictures of the fault / defect on the item

Under no circumstances will LeQueen Bags be liable for any costs, over and above the original purchase price. 

Delivery Delays

We do not offer a refund for items that are delayed in transit. Please note once your order has been dispatched from our overseas warehouse and is in transit to you, we are unable to change, cancel or refund it. Once your order has been delivered to you, should you wish to return it you are able to do so in line with this policy.
